We do not assign generalist loan officers to your file.

Managing Director
Ryan Griffiths is a nationally recognized condominium finance expert with more than 20 years of experience in commercial lending and condominium financial planning. He sits as Chair of the CCI National Finance and Risk Management Committee and President of the CCI Huronia Chapter. Ryan is a regular presenter at Canada’s largest condominium conferences, including The Condo Conference and CCI regional events across Ontario and Alberta.

With more than two decades in the condominium sector, Lyndsey McNally has been supporting condo corporations since 2002 across governance, management, and financial services. She holds a general license with the CMRAO, the LCCI designation with CCI, and was named ACMO’s Property Manager of the Year in 2017. CCI honoured her with a Distinguished Service Award in 2024 and a Fellowship in 2025.

Luka Milidragovic is a condominium finance professional with specialized expertise in reserve fund shortfalls, capital planning, and condominium lending. He is a board member of CCI Windsor and a contributor to CCI national and chapter publications. Luka speaks at regional condominium conferences across Ontario and Atlantic Canada on financing strategy and reserve fund planning.

Kelly McFadyen is a condominium and strata finance specialist with more than 15 years of experience advising multifamily residential communities across Western Canada. She is a published contributor through the Canadian Condominium Institute and a former board member of CCI Vancouver. Kelly speaks regularly at condominium and strata conferences in BC and Alberta, including BUILDEX Vancouver and PAMA.
