ABOUT LYNDSEY

20 Years In Condominium Governance, Management And Financing

Lyndsey McNally has been working with condominium corporations since 2002 across governance, management, and financial services. She holds an OLCM general license with the CMRAO and the LCCI designation with the Canadian Condominium Institute, and spent over a decade as a Registered Condominium Manager through ACMO.

At Condominium Lending Group, Lyndsey works directly with condo corporations, property managers, and industry stakeholders to develop financing solutions tailored to each corporation’s specific situation. Her background as a licensed condominium manager gives her a perspective most lenders don’t have. She understands governance obligations, owner communication requirements, and the board dynamics that shape how financial decisions get made.

Lyndsey is Past President of the CCI Toronto & Area Chapter, a CMRAO subject matter expert, and a faculty instructor at Humber College where she teaches Financial Management for Condominiums. She was named ACMO’s Property Manager of the Year in 2017 and has since received both a Distinguished Service Award and a Fellowship from the Canadian Condominium Institute.
