ABOUT LUKA
Luka Milidragovic works with condominium boards, managers, and industry partners at Condominium Lending Group to identify financing solutions for reserve fund shortfalls and capital planning challenges. His focus is on the financial pressure that construction inflation has created for condo corporations; particularly aging buildings where multiple systems need replacement within a short window.
Luka contributes regularly to CCI national and chapter publications and speaks at regional condominium conferences on reserve fund shortfalls, lending options, and long-term financial planning. He is a board member of CCI Windsor and an active contributor to CCI national and regional education initiatives.
