ABOUT RYAN
Ryan Griffiths has spent more than 20 years in commercial lending and condominium financial planning. His work focuses on helping condo boards and property managers work through capital project funding, reserve fund shortfalls, and long-term financial planning — situations where the numbers are complicated and the governance obligations add another layer of difficulty.
At Condominium Lending Group, Ryan works directly with boards to evaluate financing options and structure solutions that fit how condo corporations actually operate. His background in commercial lending gives him the technical grounding, and his deep involvement with the Canadian Condominium Institute gives him the governance context that most commercial lenders simply don’t have.
