ABOUT KELLY
Kelly is the Director of Strata & Condominium Finance with CLG. Since 2016, she has worked closely with condominium and strata corporations in BC and Alberta to support large-scale projects, building a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, tailored financing solutions. Kelly understands that major repair projects can feel daunting, and she prioritizes clear communication, practical guidance, and steady support for managers, councils / boards, and owners throughout the process. Known for her strong attention to financial detail, Kelly ensures accuracy and transparency from initial planning through to successful project completion, helping corporations confidently navigate complex financial decisions.
Beyond her day-to-day work, Kelly is an active presence in the industry. She regularly presents on expert panels, volunteers with trade association committees and advocacy groups, and collaborates with organizations such as CCI chapters, CHOA, PAMA, and VISOA as a committed business partner and community contributor.
