Built Specifically for the Condo Financing World

Condominium Lending Group was founded with one mission – to give condo and strata corporations access to the specialized financing solutions that general commercial lenders can’t offer. It is rare that they would have a deeper understanding of how condo corporations operate. Decisions flow through boards, approvals require majority votes from owners, and funding timelines rarely match that of a general commercial lender’s standard process. Additionally there may be restrictive requirements and covenants involved that do not align with the nature of a condo & strata corporation.

We built Condominium Lending Group to bridge that gap.
