As Condo Lending Group (CLG) approaches its one-year anniversary, we’re looking back on an incredible journey filled with milestones, growth, and meaningful contributions to the condominium community. From a small but mighty team, we’ve grown to five passionate professionals. This year, we proudly welcomed Luka Milidragovic and Jane Patel to the CLG family, joining Ryan Griffiths, Lyndsey McNally and Ryan Swain. Together, we’re stronger than ever, bringing unmatched expertise to every condo board we serve. Behind, the scenes the team is backed by an exceptional group of 22 professionals in credit, accounting, finance and operations supporting the Condo Lending Group and parent company Care Lending Group businesses.

Both Ryan and Lyndsey were invited to participate in the Advisory Panel to develop a survey for the Condominium Authority of Ontario’s focused on Reserve Funds, and participated in an advisory panel consisting of a small group of industry experts to review the survey findings. Industry Leadership & Recognition
Our team members don’t just work in the industry—they lead it. Here are some of the amazing milestones from this year:
Lyndsey McNally was re-elected to the CCI-Toronto Board and is now serving as Past President. She also received the prestigious Distinguished Service Award from CCI National and co-chaired the most successful Condo Conference yet. Lyndsey has achieved these milestones while continuing her work teaching financial management for condos to the next generation of property managers through Humber College and sitting as a Subject Matter Expert for the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario.
Luka Milidragovic joined the CCI Windsor Board, expanding our influence and connections across regions.
Ryan Griffiths maintained multiple leadership roles, including: Chair of the Finance & Risk Management Committee for CCI National, Vice President for CCI Huronia and Chair of the CCI Golden Horseshoe Professional & Business Partners Committee.
Looking Ahead
This year has been an unforgettable chapter in the CLG story, but it’s just the beginning. As we celebrate our first anniversary, we’re more motivated than ever to support condo boards, foster education, and strengthen the communities we serve.
